I was very happy with it until both the 801batteries batteries broke on me in less than 2 weeks. Can't really say its ecigbestsaves fault prob the manufacturer. But my warranty still has 2 weeks. I sent ecigbestsaves a n email yesterday let's see if they replace it in an orderly fashion.
