Due to an update on my billing info, my order went from a 24 mg order to a 6 mg order.  When I tried to edit it, it told me it was too late to correct.  So I immediately e-mailed customer service for help.  They responded quickly, changed the order to the correct strength, and sent me a new confirmation showing the correct strength.  The customer service was excellent, and I'm most appreciative.

i happened some how to pick the wrong ejuice and they were incredidbly understanding and gave me a store credit for it.as far as all the other juices are concerned,they have a really good product and excellent customer service.i give them 5 stars
