A - Electronic
Cigarette is a new way to smoke! Electronic Cigarettes are an electronic vaporizer. It is a
non flammable product that uses state of the art classy micro-electronic
technology. Electronic Cigarettes offer smokers a chance of smoking in a
new way. Q - How long does the
electronic cigarette cartridge last? A - We have
found that a cartridge lasts a day for a light to medium smoker. Heavy
smokers will probably need to refill the cartridges more often.
Q - Does my electronic
cigarette require any cleaning or maintenance? A - From time to time
yes. Keep your e-cig in good working order by gently cleaning the
contact plate between battery & atomizer with a cotton bud to ensure
good electrical contact is made. Some users have reported that giving
the atomizer head a quick, sharp blow of air helps give thicker "vapor".
Please be careful when cleaning your e-cigarette as it can be damaged
by rough handling or chemicals. This is especially true of the atomizer
unit. It is also possible to give your e-cig's atomizer head (the
mesh-like part touching the swab) a rinse under warm water to prevent
clogging. Be sure to blow any excess water off before using again or,
better still, let it dry naturally overnight.
Q - How many puffs
should I take on my electronic cigarette? Most e-cigarette users
feel satisfied after approx 6 to 10 puffs of their e-cigarette.
Q - I have heard that
electronic cigarette cartridges are diluted - what does this mean? A - When making a
cartridge, it's not pure nicotine that is used - that level would be too
high and potentially dangerous. A solution is produced which contains a
fixed percentage of nicotine. For example, a 16mg cartridge is made
from a solution which contains 1.6% nicotine per 100mg of liquid.
Q. What is the
difference between an e-cigarette and an electronic cigarette and an e
smoke? A. Nothing….just various names for the same
product. Q. How does the
electronic cigarette work? A. The actual cigarette body is made up of 3 parts: a
cartridge, an atomization chamber, a smart chip with a lithium battery.
In the front tip of the device there is an operating indicator light,
that lights up when you activate the button on the Joye 510 device
(Colors may vary depending on model) at the tip while in use. One of the
most attractive part of the E-Cigarette is the atomization chamber
device that when puffed on creates a vapor like smoke,This vapor is a
result of the nicotine that is found in the cartridge, heating up by the
atomizer device and creating vapor.
Q. Does the vapor
smell? A. The
vapor is exhaled and appears like smoke, but the liquid nicotine
contained in the cartridge does have a slight odor of the flavor of the
cartridge.
Q. What
are the nicotine levels? A. A
cartridge can come in high (24mg/ml), medium (18mg/ml), low (11mg/ml)
and no nicotine levels. If you are a experienced Electronic Cigarette
user, we recommend starting with high mg. The inexperience user should
try a lower mg. Q. How long does one refill cartridge last? The refills for the
510 are smaller and are approximately equivalent to 12 or 18
cigarettes. Once the cap from a cartridge is removed they can dry out
over time. Also, individuals tend to have different inhalation habits
and therefore the exact time a cartridge lasts will vary by user.
Q. How will I know when
a cartridge needs to be replaced? A. When inhaled, no vapor will be present. This will let
you know you need to re-fill or replace the cartridge.
Q. Do you need to turn
on the electronic cigarette? A. No, when inhaled the electronic cigarette will
automatically activate. There is no on/off switch on auto batteries. On
Manual batteries push button to activate and when button is released the
device will automatically turn off.
