I've tried a few cartomizers, but this one is the best!  I like having the wick at the bottom, which eliminates the need to tilt up the ecig to get juice to the wick, which sometimes causes the juice to leak out the mouth piece.  It's the best design.  If you're not careful it can be messy to refill, but after the first couple times I got it down pat.
