got what you pay for, stop working in 2 days, won't charge, don't want to waste time and shipping for the same thing, one lesson is enough, return it, seller was very kind to give a refund as gift certificate.

I am not out and about a lot, so the passthru works great for me. I can charge it at the computer and just unplug it and go when I'm ready to go out.

I would give it five stars if it weren't for these flimsy retractable cords that don't last very long. Since they started using the retractable cords, ALL of the batteries have outlasted the cords. I wish they would go back to the old, longer cords they used to have.
