days product replacement warranty on all batteries and hardware, 14 day
replacement warranty on atomizers. These warranties apply to all
starter kits, replacement parts and accessories unless specified on the
product details. If a customers product fails within the specified
periods
of the date of purchase because of manufactures defect and requires
warranty service, Please contact us at returns@ecigbestsave.com. Please See Returns and Warranty for return
instructions. E Cig Best Save will test your item for manufactures
defects. Products that do have a Manufacture defect, a new
replacement item will be shipped back to our customer at our cost. If
E Cig Best Save determines that there were no defects with the item or
the defect was caused by misuse or mishandling the customer will not
receive a replacement item and will be contacted for return mailing
instruction. The customer will responsible for the return shipping

Items may be returned for in-store credit minus 25% restocking fee and
all shipping and handling costs.
You may not return E-Juice or Liquid products for hygienic reasons and therefore it is NON REFUNDABLE.

Returns

If you would like
to return a defective product for a replacement, please contact E-Cig
Best Save at returns@ecigbestsave.com
immediately to request item to be returned. Please provide
as many details as possible, including ORDER#, Full Name, Address, Phone
Number, and REASON for the return. You will be given a return approval
either by phone or email confirmation. The customer has two weeks to
return items from the time of approval. Return confirmation become void
after two weeks and items will not be replaced. Customer
is responsible for shipping cost to E-Cig Best Save and return shipping
cost of non-warranty items.
Customer MUST ship in proper
packaging (Bubble mailer or USPS priority box) so that the package
arrives intact. If it is NOT PROTECTED properly and we receive damaged or loss
product, you will notreceive a replacement. The customer will be
given the option of paying for return shipping of damaged package.
