Shipping & Returns


All products are shipped from the United States of America. We are located in Michigan.
We ship our products via USPS (United States Postal Service). All orders ship USPS PRIORITY Mail (Box) or Bubble Mailer (First Class) USA Customers only. All orders placed before 1:00pm EST will ship same day excluding weekends and holidays. All USPS Priority Packages Include USPS $100.00 insurance.

Orders of over $75.00 have the option to ship for free (USA SHIPMENTS ONLY). Orders under $75.00 ship flat rate.
All orders delivered within 2-7 business days depending on the shipping method that you choose. USPS does not deliver packages on holidays or Sundays.

In the event you provided us with the wrong shipping address: and your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the re-shipping of the package. This applies to all orders, regardless if you qualified for free shipping initially. The free shipping only applies to the ORIGINAL order, and is not for re-shipping due to customer input of the wrong delivery address. The customer is sent shipping confirmation to the email address on the store account with the tracking number of package. The customer is responsible for tracking their package.

Attention international customers (Customers outside of the USA):
You are responsible for knowing the laws with-in your country before ordering electronic cigarettes and electronic cigarette related products. We are not responsible for customs issues in your country. International orders USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Delivery time for international customers outside of the USA: Delivery time varies, depending on your local customs, weather, distance, and other factors. Please see USPS.COM for estimated delivery times. Package tracking may or may not be available in your country. Although may receive your package sooner, it is not uncommon for it to take six or more weeks for delivery. All orders placed before 1pm EST ship the same day so delivery time is solely based on distance and local factors to your country.

International customers outside the USA: Shipping cost is based on weight. There is no free shipping for international shipping.

E Cig Best Save 30 Day Warranty:
30 days one time product replacement warranty on all batteries and hardware, 3 day one time replacement warranty on atomizers. These warranties apply to all starter kits, replacement parts and accessories unless specified on the product details. If a customers product fails within the specified periods of the date of purchase because of manufactures defect and requires warranty service, Please contact us at returns@ecigbestsave.com. Please See Returns and Warranty for return instructions. E Cig Best Save will test your item for manufactures defects. Products that do have a Manufacture defect, a new replacement item will be shipped back to our customer at our cost. If E Cig Best Save determines that there were no defects with the item or the defect was caused by misuse or mishandling the customer will not receive a replacement item and will be contacted for return mailing instruction. The customer will responsible for the return shipping costs. Cancelled orders will be charged a minimum Fee or $5.00 for order under $60.00, all orders above $60.00 will be charged an additional 4.5% for the amount over $60.00. These fees are to cover credit card processing fees. Unopened Items may be returned for in-store credit minus 25% restocking fee and all shipping and handling costs.

You may not return E-Juice or Liquid products for hygienic reasons and therefore it is NON REFUNDABLE.

Returns and Warranty:
If you would like to return a defective product for a replacement, please contact E-Cig Best Save at returns@ecigbestsave.com immediately to request item to be returned. Please provide as many details as possible, including ORDER#, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. You will be given a return approval either by phone or email confirmation. The customer has two weeks to return items from the time of approval. Return confirmation become void after two weeks and items will not be replaced. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to E-Cig Best Save and return shipping cost of non-warranty items.

Customer MUST ship in proper packaging (Bubble mailer or USPS priority box) so that the package arrives intact. If it is NOT PROTECTED properly and we receive damaged or loss product, you will not receive a replacement. The customer will be given the option of paying for return shipping of damaged package.
